COMPLAINTS & CONTENT REMOVAL GUIDANCE

If you encounter any objectionable content that may be illegal, non-consensual, including sharing personal information or content, infringing on intellectual property rights, violates the standards on this website, laws, regulations, or card brand rules, or you find yourself depicted in any portion of the content on our website and wish to request its removal, please submit a Content Removal Request via the 'Contact Us' OrgasaCam page.

2: In order to be able to investigate the matter in detail, we would ask you to provide us with the exact links containing the infringing, illegal, or non-consensual content.

3: Briefly describe the nature of the issue with the content that you report. Also provide evidence like screenshots, exact time and date which can be of most importance with such investigations.

4: Following receipt of your complaint, our team will send you an acknowledgment email. This email may indicate that we started our investigation or contain a request for additional information to begin investigation. During this investigation we will take reasonable steps to review, assess, and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue.

Our general processing time is within seven (7) days upon receipt of your complaint but it may vary for each specific case. Our processing and resolution time may not indicate the timeframe in which the issue will be resolved. Depending on the particular case and the type of issue, it may take a different amount of time for our investigation to be performed. However, in any case, it will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) days.

5: In order to identify the owner of the content we will need to verify if you are the original owner of the content or that you are authorized to make such claims. Make sure your ID document is not expired or physically damaged.

6: The OrgasaCam support team may ask for additional information depending on the nature and complexity of your issue.

7: When we receive complaints to remove allegedly illegal content, we review the complaints carefully. If the content violates the law, our Terms and Conditions or shows evidence of illegal or non-consensual content, it will be deleted with immediate effect.

You will receive an email from us that will state what actions have been taken in response to your complaint. Should you be not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, we will review and reassess the case, escalate it to the senior management team and provide you with the final decision.

APPEAL POLICY

If you have been depicted in any content on the OrgasaCam site and would like to appeal to remove any such content, please contact us via email at: info@orgasacam.com If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
